We're looking for a senior backend engineer to own new module development and performance optimisation across our NestJS + PostgreSQL stack. You'll work directly on the schema migration runner, the AsyncLocalStorage middleware chain, and BullMQ consumer architecture.
- 5+ years with Node.js, ideally NestJS
- Deep PostgreSQL experience including schema design and migrations
- Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS architecture
- Experience with message queues (BullMQ, RabbitMQ, or equivalent)
Own the React SPA that 14,000 tenants use every day. You'll lead the component library, establish performance baselines, and build the new mobile-responsive layouts for the dashboard and HR modules.
- 5+ years React, TypeScript-first
- Strong CSS fundamentals and design sensibility
- Experience with data-heavy dashboards and large state trees
Own the AWS infrastructure, multi-region deployment pipeline, and observability stack. You'll build the per-tenant schema migration runner, disaster recovery runbooks, and the monitoring infrastructure that keeps us at 99.99% uptime.
- Strong AWS (RDS, ECS, ElastiCache, CloudFront)
- Terraform or CDK for infrastructure as code
- Postgres operational experience at scale
Define and evolve the Gem-Glass design system. You'll own component specs, motion design, and the design→code handoff process. Experience with complex data-dense interfaces (dashboards, tables, forms) is essential.
